My name is Natasha Tracy, and I have lived with bipolar disorder for over 26 years. I have now written a second book for those affected by bipolar disorder. Bipolar Rules! Hacks to Live Successfully with Bipolar Disorder is due out June 2024!

I’m an expert in bipolar disorder and have authored thousands of articles on it and a previous book. I’m also an award-winning advocate, speaker, and podcaster. I work to bring high-quality, insightful, and trusted information on bipolar disorder and related illnesses to the world while engaging with the mental health community.

I have had a rough ride with bipolar disorder. I have had almost every medication combination, various psychotherapies, surgery, and a round of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), all to try and get my bipolar disorder under control. Through all of it, I have learned to succeed with this illness.

“It is so helpful to have a clear-speaking author when I can’t think coherently for myself. Natasha’s writing is compassionate yet strong. She is a true leader.” — L. Pinon

What is ‘Bipolar Rules?’

This new book, Bipolar Rules! Hacks to Live Successfully with Bipolar Disorder is a fresh take on living with bipolar disorder. Each rule is clear and memorable, with an explanation based on the most up-to-date research and the personal experience of one who lives with bipolar disorder. Bipolar Rules! boils down thousands of pages of knowledge into a concise package. The included skills, techniques, and perspectives make living a successful life with bipolar disorder an achievable goal.

“Natasha’s writing is clear and insightful. Her works have brought me to realizations that years of living with and researching bipolar had not. She is able to explain bipolar disorder to those who are just finding out about it, as well as illuminate truths that bipolar veterans like myself may not have thought of in her terms.” —  J. LeBlank Stark

Are you affected by bipolar disorder? This book is for you.

This book isn’t just about the millions of people with bipolar disorder (5-7 million in the US alone); it’s about all the people who connect with them.

If you want to live successfully with bipolar disorder, or you want to help someone who does, this book is for you. Patients, parents, siblings, friends, partners, doctors, therapists, and others will gain a unique perspective and actionable information from Bipolar Rules!
