Suicide is likely the most popular topic here on the Bipolar Burble and anxiety is pretty much popular everywhere so both suicide and anxiety needed the webinar treatment. In the case of suicide, the webinar’s focus will be on the nitty-gritty of suicide and suicide prevention and the anxiety webinar will be about all things bipolar and anxiety, including tips on how to fight anxiety. The first offering of each will be in the next couple of weeks.
Suicide Prevention Webinar
While most people come to the Burble for suicide information because they’re suicidal themselves, many people also come because they’re worried for others who may be suicidal. Bipolar and Anxiety Webinars
I have written on anxiety in bipolar disorder several times because anxiety is highly prevalent for me and about half of people with bipolar disorder also have an anxiety disorder. And that doesn’t even start to recognize how anxious people are due to the global pandemic and all the Black Lives Matter activity going on right now, so anxiety is a timely and yet ongoing topic for webinars. In this case, I’m going a free webinar on the link between anxiety and bipolar disorder and a full webinar on all the details about anxiety in bipolar and tips on how to fight it called Get Real 6: Anxiety in Bipolar Disorder– What? Why? How to Fight It.

It’s amazing that you hold webinars for this topic. I think the more we talk about these uncomfortable topics of mental health, the more comfortable we become with trying to manage these mental health problems.
Nitty gritty and popular are very poor choices of words for those topics. How about facts and prominent.
